After you have finished reading through all of the information, go ahead and click “I am not a patient.” The next page will look like this:
Here is where it gets slightly confusing for users who are used to Invisalign’s website layout before the latest updates. Do you see the “View ortho case results” button? Click on that to show Invisalign cases from your doctor site account in your profile. What you need to do next is click on “View my doctor’s site results.” After clicking on that link, you should be taken here:
Your Results box here should show what cases your doctors completed under their account in this doctor site portal. Just select the applicable case to add it to your results.

After you have added the applicable case, click on “submit” and save your changes! Just like before, the doctor site portal should show all of your doctor’s cases under their respective profiles in My Results. Here is what mine looks like:
This should be self-explanatory, but I will provide screenshots below for clarification. This page shows all of my doctor’s ortho cases in his account here at Align Technology. You can view procedures that you or other doctors may have completed by clicking on one of these links. For example, if I clicked on “View Dr. Smith Ortho Case Results,” this page would come up:
The top box tells me which doctor completed this case, but if I wanted to see the case results of my own, I would click on my name. This will bring up the following page:
If you cannot find your doctor’s case, just contact them directly. They can access their account here.
